Shipping & Delivery


What are the delivery times?

We carefully prepare your order within 24 to 72 business hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey. 


Are the items in stock?

If you can add it to your cart, it’s available! If not, feel free to activate the restock alert to be the first to know when it’s back in stock. 

Returns & Refunds


Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?

Of course. You have 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 


What are the refund timelines?

Refunds are validated as soon as we receive and inspect the returned items at our office. The funds will appear in your bank account within 5 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Modification: Email us at info@dolcevitaavenue.com. If it hasn't shipped, we’ll make the changes.

  • Cancellation: Use the "Cancel my order" tab in your account (available until shipping). Afterward, you must follow the return process. 


How can I find my invoice?

Check your order history in your account. If it’s missing, email info@dolcevitaavenue.com and we will send it to you.
